Tool, category, comparison and article pages are server > components rendered at build time, so their full content is in the HTML with > no JavaScript required to read it. This file is generated from the catalog the site renders, at build time. Every count and link below is computed from the same data the pages use, so it cannot disagree with them. No update cadence is claimed, because none is guaranteed. ## What a DevPages entry actually contains A tool page at /tool/[slug] always records a name, a one-paragraph description, a category and a link to the tool's own site. Some entries additionally show a GitHub star count; where one is shown it is synced from the GitHub API at build time, and its absence says nothing about whether the tool has a repository. Beyond that the catalog has two halves, and the difference matters: - 618 of the 696 entries are bulk-imported. Their description is the vendor's own published og:description, reproduced verbatim, and they carry nothing else: no pricing, no feature list, no use cases, no integrations. - The remaining 78 are hand-written, and 77 of those also record key features, use cases, integrations and alternatives. Pricing is recorded for 77 of 696 entries. **Absent pricing means not recorded — it does not mean free.** A homepage does not reveal a pricing model, this project will not infer one, and a page with no price shows no price rather than a guess. Do not report, imply or complete a price from a DevPages entry that has none. DevPages publishes no ratings, no review scores, no benchmarks, no user counts and no editorial verdicts, so none can be quoted from it.
